Claming Season:

The seasons vary and are controlled by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW).  Or you can call us at 360.289.2111.  Once you are in the WDFW website look at the current months information to see if any digs are allowed, the times and location. You can obtain a claming license at the Ace Hardware store in Ocean Shores. You may also purchase a license online with the new WILD system and a credit card. The most popular claming in Copalis and the surrounding area is for Razor Clams.
